For most Catholic schools within the Archdiocese, the appeal hearings are arranged by the Schools Department. If you would like to lodge an appeal please submit your details using the form below, completing all of the fields. You will then receive either via email or in the post an appeal form which you must complete and return along with any additional information to:

Alternatively please call 0151 522 1071 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and we will send you an appeal form through the post.
Please note that:
- an appeal will only be arranged once that completed form has arrived at LACE
- appellants are encouraged to return forms promptly to avoid delay in setting up an appeal hearing
- due to the high amount of correspondence received, we will not follow up unreturned forms. Appellants are invited to contact the office to confirm safe receipt
- appellants are required to notify us of a change of address in writing
