Project Lead (CMAT Development)

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Project Lead (CMAT Development) within our Education Department.

This is a key strategic leadership role within the Archdiocese of Liverpool with overall responsibility for leading and delivering the implementation of our academy strategy “A Family in Christ: Our Future Together”.

The role will provide focused leadership capacity during a pivotal period for Catholic education, ensuring that change is values-led, relationship centred and rooted in Catholic mission.

The role will provide both direction and support for schools and academies during their journey and will help guide collaboration and mutual support across our schools and trusts.

When completed we will have three of the biggest academy trusts in the country, so this is an amazing opportunity to contribute to shaping Catholic education in the North West.

About the person

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a Catholic school environment and will be familiar, if not experienced, with academisation and project management. A confident communicator who is able to calmly and confidently manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.
